Account Manager

A growing custom packaging company in Brooklyn is seeking an Account Manager to support customer accounts from order confirmation through delivery while working closely with the senior sales team.

This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused who can manage multiple moving parts and keep projects on track.

What You’ll Do

• Manage orders from confirmation through delivery
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Track timelines, shipping, and production updates
• Handle packaging details, samples, artwork, and specifications
• Keep customers updated throughout the process
• Resolve issues and delays proactively
• Support repeat orders and ongoing account management

• 2+ years of experience in account management, operations, logistics, or customer coordination
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Problem-solving mindset and ownership mentality
• Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
• Experience with packaging, Odoo, QuickBooks, or CRM systems is a plus
