
A well-established real estate firm is hiring an Office Assistant / Bookkeeper to support leadership and keep daily operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communication
• Handle bookkeeping tasks, data entry, invoices, spreadsheets, and records
• Provide administrative support to company executives
• Help manage office operations, supplies, scheduling, and vendors
• Support HR documentation and special projects
• Keep files, records, and office processes organized
What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of experience in admin, office support, bookkeeping, or a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar accounting system
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and supporting leadership
• Bachelor’s degree or property management experience is a plus
