Key Responsibilities
- Personally coordinate large, complex commercial transactions from start to finish
- Serve as the primary point of accountability throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Identify and resolve obstacles before they become problems
- Build strong relationships with clients, attorneys, lenders, brokers, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure transactions move efficiently toward successful closings
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail while managing multiple moving parts
- Communicate clearly and proactively throughout every stage of a transaction
- Help establish operational processes and infrastructure for future growth
- Contribute to the long-term development and leadership of the national commercial division

Required ExperienceCandidates must have substantial experience coordinating large, complex commercial real estate transactions.
You must be able to demonstrate multiple commercial transactions exceeding $100 million in value that you personally managed from beginning to end.
During the interview process, candidates should be prepared to discuss specific transactions they directly coordinated, including:
- Property addresses
- Transaction size
- States involved
- Deal structure
- Major obstacles encountered
- Your specific role in bringing the transaction to a successful closing
We are not seeking someone who merely participated in large transactions.
We are seeking someone who owned them.
If you cannot clearly demonstrate multiple $100M+ commercial transactions that you personally coordinated from start to finish, this role is likely not the right fit.
Preferred QualificationsThe following experience is highly desirable:
- Multi-state commercial transaction experience
- Texas commercial transaction experience
- Texas Escrow Officer License
- Attorney background (JD)
LocationThis position can be based anywhere within the United States.

CompensationBase Salary: $200,000–$250,000+
