Mashgiach — Full-Time, USDA-Inspected Kosher Production Kitchen
Fresko is respected food manufacturer supplying major airlines, hospital systems, and airport dining is seeking a reliable, knowledgeable Mashgiach to join our team.
This is a stable, full-time role in a serious, high-volume operation that holds itself to the highest standards of kashrus.
Schedule: Sunday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (earlier close Fridays before Shabbos) (Work every other Friday)
What you'll do:
- Oversee kashrus on the production floor — receiving, ingredient verification, label verification, turning on fires, separate milk, mat, pareve keilim
- Work alongside production staff in a USDA-inspected environment
- Maintain records and uphold the standards of our certifying agency
What we're looking for:
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Industrial/commercial food experience a plus, but we'll train the right person
- Must be able to work in hot and cold environments
