The JEC Lower School is seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Guidance. All applicants will be kept in strict confidence.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to students.
• Develop and implement counseling programs.
• Collaborate with teachers and parents.
• Maintain student records and documentation.

• Master's degree in counseling or related field.
• Experience in a school setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and families.
