About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Raleigh, NC. This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA looking to supplement an existing caseload, maintain a flexible schedule, or work part-time while making a meaningful impact on children and families.
This position offers significant scheduling flexibility, with most client sessions occurring during after-school hours beginning around 4:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Provide clinical supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Analyze treatment data and make program modifications as needed
- Train and collaborate with parents, caregivers, and treatment teams
- Ensure clinical services meet ethical and professional BCBA standards
- Complete documentation and progress reports in a timely manner
Qualifications- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Active North Carolina licensure (or ability to obtain)
- Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
