Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and client-focused professional to serve as both Executive Assistant to the CEO and Account Manager for key agency clients. This role combines executive support, project coordination, client communication, and operational follow-through to ensure both the CEO and clients receive exceptional service.

The ideal candidate is someone who can manage relationships, keep projects moving, communicate professionally with clients, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities


Executive Support

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel, and priorities.

• Organize and respond to emails, messages, and requests on behalf of the CEO.

• Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up action items.

• Coordinate communication between the CEO and internal teams.

• Assist with special projects, partnerships, and company initiatives.

• Ensure tasks delegated by the CEO are completed on time.


Client & Account Management

• Serve as a point of contact for assigned clients.

• Schedule and lead client check-in meetings.

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

• Coordinate with creative, marketing, production, and operations teams to deliver client projects.

• Track project milestones and ensure deadlines are met.

• Identify client concerns early and proactively work toward solutions.

• Prepare reports, updates, presentations, and proposals for clients.

• Coordinate communication between the CEO, leadership team, employees, clients, and partners.

• Assist with project management and ensure deadlines are met across departments.

• Follow up with team members on outstanding tasks and commitments.

• Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and internal documentation.

• Assist with hiring coordination, onboarding, and administrative tasks.

• Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

• Support special projects, events, productions, and company initiatives as assigned.
