Job Description
A growing security company in Williamsburg is seeking a Customer Success & Onboarding Specialist to ensure new clients have a smooth onboarding experience and receive exceptional service throughout their relationship with the company.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and enjoys building relationships while coordinating between clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process
- Guide customers through account setup, implementation, and service activation
- Coordinate with operations, scheduling, and field teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain regular communication with clients and proactively address questions or concerns
- Track onboarding progress and ensure all required documentation is completed
- Build strong client relationships to increase retention and customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and internal processes
- Maintain accurate records and notes within the company CRM system
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer success, account management, client services, or onboarding experience preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
