Job Description

A growing security company in Williamsburg is seeking a Customer Success & Onboarding Specialist to ensure new clients have a smooth onboarding experience and receive exceptional service throughout their relationship with the company.


This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and enjoys building relationships while coordinating between clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process
  2. Guide customers through account setup, implementation, and service activation
  3. Coordinate with operations, scheduling, and field teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  4. Maintain regular communication with clients and proactively address questions or concerns
  5. Track onboarding progress and ensure all required documentation is completed
  6. Build strong client relationships to increase retention and customer satisfaction
  7. Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and internal processes
  8. Maintain accurate records and notes within the company CRM system

Qualifications

  1. 2+ years of customer success, account management, client services, or onboarding experience preferred
  2. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  4. Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  5. Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
