Job Description

A Brooklyn-based property management company is looking for a sharp, organized, and personable Property Management Office Coordinator to support the daily operations of a residential rental portfolio.


This role includes handling rental applications, approvals, lease signings, payments, move-ins, renewals, tenant communication, outside agency follow-up, recordkeeping, reminders, and task tracking. The ideal candidate has relevant New York property management experience, strong communication skills, excellent follow-through, and is friendly, professional, organized, and detail-oriented. Qualifications

  1. 1–3 years of relevant New York property management experience strongly preferred
  2. Comfortable working in an office environment
  3. Strong professional communication skills
  4. Friendly, outgoing, organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  5. Strong follow-through and ability to stay on top of open tasks until completed


Schedule

  1. Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
  2. Friday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
