We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead operations within our 120,000-square-foot distribution facility. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing multiple warehouse teams, improving operational efficiency, and implementing scalable systems that support continued growth.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a proven track record of managing large warehouse operations, driving continuous improvement, and building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of a 120,000-square-foot warehouse.
• Lead, develop, and manage multiple warehouse teams and supervisors.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement systems to improve efficiency, productivity, and accuracy.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to ensure operational excellence.
• Optimize warehouse layout, workflows, inventory movement, and labor utilization.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through strong receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.
• Partner with leadership to support business growth, capacity planning, and operational strategy.

• 5+ years of warehouse or distribution management experience.
• Experience managing large-scale warehouse operations and multiple teams.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Demonstrated success implementing operational systems and process improvements.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and KPI reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
