Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Client Success Manager to join our team. This role is relationship-driven and operationally focused, requiring an individual who is quick to respond, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
Open to candidates located in New York.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned health plan partners
- Manage ongoing communication and follow-up with plan stakeholders
- Coordinate reporting, operational requests, and account reviews
- Track performance metrics, conversion trends, and SLA-related items
- Partner internally with Intake, Enrollment, QA, Reporting, Compliance, and Operations teams
- Manage member-level escalations and ensure timely resolution
- Monitor trends and proactively identify operational concerns or opportunities for improvement
- Support renewals, growth opportunities, and overall relationship development
- Maintain strong responsiveness, quick turnaround times, and consistent follow-through across all accounts
- Ensure clients feel supported, updated, and confident in communication and execution
- Develop relationships across all levels of the health plans and maintain strong ongoing visibility with clients
Ideal Background
- Experience working with health plans strongly preferred
- Experience with Medicaid, MLTC/MAP, DSNP, or similar healthcare environments is a major plus
- Comfortable dealing with corporate entities, compliance processes, operational workflows, and reporting
- Strong communication, follow-through, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently while coordinating across multiple internal departments
- Strong Excel and reporting skills preferred
