Yeshiva Darchai Menachem is a warm, student-centered school serving students from Pre-1A through 12th grade. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our school-based support team and help students reach their fullest potential in a nurturing and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide individualized and small-group sessions to support student goals
2. Conduct evaluations and develop intervention and behavior plans
3. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with DOE standards
4. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to support student progress
5. Participate in team meetings and maintain professional communication

Qualifications:

1. BCBA certification required
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
3. Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
4. Organized, caring, and team-oriented professional
