Salary: $60000–$75000 (based on experience)

Join the Orthodox Union (OU) as a Lead Data Services Associate! We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to oversee complex donation processing, maintain data accuracy, support cross-functional teams, and serve as a resource for junior staff.

Requirements:

1. 4+ years of experience in data services, donation processing, or operations
2. Strong Excel and database skills (Velocity experience preferred)
3. Experience with wires, stock gifts, and pledge processing
4. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
