Job Description

Minimum Qualifications

1. BA in Early Childhood Education or related field
2. At least 1 year of classroom experience

Skills & Knowledge:

1. Experience working in an early childhood setting
2. Be warm and loving with a positive attitude and appreciation of children
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Must be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the children and program
5. Respectful to all persons from diverse cultural and economic backgrounds
6. Ability to organize and reflect teaching goals and progress in documentation: lesson plans, assessments and evaluations
7. Ability to engage children in developmentally appropriate ways (also including addressing children at eye level, sitting with children on the floor, engaging children in play and conversation)
8. Ability to attend to daily tasks as an educator
9. Maintain partnerships with families & staff

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $68000 - 90000
