A residential apartment community is seeking a skilled Maintenance Superintendent to oversee property maintenance and repairs. This is a live-in position for a dependable, hands-on professional.

Responsibilities:

• Complete maintenance requests and preventative maintenance.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, carpentry, flooring, and appliance repairs.
• Maintain grounds, including snow removal.
• Coordinate with contractors and respond to on-call emergencies.

• 3+ years of maintenance or construction experience.
• Experience with general building repairs.
• Valid driver’s license and own tools required.
• Ability to live on-site and participate in an on-call rotation.

• Apartment included as part of compensation.
• Paid vacation, sick time, and 16–25 paid holidays annually.
