Hillside Applied Behavior Analysis is seeking a dedicated BCBA to provide in-home and community-based services to children with autism.


The role includes managing a caseload of clients, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising Behavior Technicians, training caregivers, and monitoring client progress.


Requirements:

  1. Active BCBA certification
  2. New York LBA license or eligibility
  3. Relevant master’s degree
  4. Pediatric autism experience
  5. Reliable transportation
  6. Strong clinical and communication skills
