We’re seeking a detail-oriented M&A Analyst to support acquisitions, financial reporting, and transaction coordination for a growing healthcare organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio sales and acquisitions.
• Communicate with landlords, lenders, brokers, and attorneys.
• Maintain landlord reporting systems.
• Support audits and tax preparation.
• Coordinate with the legal team throughout transactions.

• Experience with healthcare acquisitions valued at $10M+.
• Experience preparing and reviewing due diligence with brokers.
• Experience with data collection and financial reporting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
