Job Overview

Senior leadership role overseeing a major operational function within a high-growth kitchen cabinet manufacturer. Own P&L responsibility, lead multiple managers and department heads, and drive accountability across production, quality, and scheduling. Set KPIs, implement SOPs, and build systems to support scale. Partner with Executive Team on growth plans, capacity planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
