Real estate office in Crown Heights specializing in residential sales, commercial real estate, and investment opportunities throughout Brooklyn.

The Role:
We are looking for licensed real estate agents for lead generation, cold calling, property sourcing, and deal acquisition.

Responsibilities:

• Cold calling property owners and potential clients
• Generating new leads
• Finding properties and potential deals
• Building relationships with clients and property owners
• Managing and following up on leads

Training & Support:
Training and professional support are provided to new agents.

Commission Structure:
New agents receive significantly lower commission fees than the industry standard, allowing them to keep more of their earnings.

Requirements:

• Active New York State Real Estate License - Required
• Strong communication skills
• Highly motivated and self-driven
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
