In this role, you will provide clinical & administrative supervision, oversee quality & compliance, mentor staff, & collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, person-centered services.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate has strong leadership, organizational, communication, & problem-solving skills
• Experience in developmental disabilities services & case management
• Knowledge of DDD policies & service planning
• A bachelor's degree
• Prior supervisory experience
