A remote non-profit is hiring a donor relations specialist to work from home. This is a relationship-driven role focused on personal outreach, donor engagement, and growing donor support over time. Job involves making 30-40 calls a day. Looking for someone with at least 1 year of prior fundraising experience, sales or nonprofit related experience or other relationship-focused experience. Looking for someone with an excellent ability to build rapport and develop strong relationships. Candidate must be tech savvy and familiar with salesforce or other CRM software. This job can be done from anywhere in the US. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
Mon-Thurs, 9 am-5 pm and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm
