Job Description

Culinary Depot is looking for an experienced Service Lead to oversee and support our service team. This person will help manage daily service operations, improve response and resolution times, coordinate with vendors and technicians, and ensure customers receive fast, professional service.

Must Have:

• Previous experience leading or managing a team
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and sense of urgency
• Ability to hold vendors and team members accountable
• Customer-focused with excellent follow-through
• Comfortable handling stressful, high-pressure situations with customers while remaining calm, professional, and solution-focused
