is hiring a Floor Operations Manager to lead front-office operations on one of our clinical floors.

This is a high visibility leadership role. You’ll manage a team of reception and front-desk staff, own the daily flow of a busy floor, and be the go-to person when things get complicated. We need someone who leads from the front, takes ownership without being told, and has the presence to command respect from staff and confidence from patients — while staying humble enough to jump in and do the work themselves.

You should have:

• Proven experience managing a team in a medical or dental front-office setting
• A track record of owning outcomes, not just tasks
• Strong judgment under pressure in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Excellent communication and de-escalation skills with patients and staff
