A 5 Towns, NY ABA company is hiring an ABA State Director to take ownership, lead from the front, and drive the organization forward. Looking for a highly ambitious, energetic, and entrepreneurial leader who is ready to jump in, take initiative, solve problems, build systems, and make things happen. This is a demanding, hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to fully immerse themselves in the work and grow with the organization. Prior ABA State Director or healthcare experience is welcome but not required. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.

Mon-Thurs, 9 am-5 pm, and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm
