Responsibilities:

• Conduct chart audits and documentation reviews
• Support regulatory incident reporting
• Maintain and update policies and procedures
• Coordinate staff training and corrective action plans
• Manage compliance documentation and reporting logs
• Prepare quarterly reports for leadership and the board
• Contribute to compliance/QA committee initiatives

• Healthcare experience required
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Willingness to learn regulatory frameworks
• Confident, relationship-driven approach to cross-team collaboration
