Job Description

We’re seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to develop new business and sell packaging equipment and automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and trade shows
• Visit customers and identify customer needs
• Manage the sales process from prospecting through closing
• Build strong customer relationships
• Prepare quotes and proposals

• 3+ years of sales experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and independent
• Interest in machinery and technology
• Valid driver’s license
• Machinery experience not required — training provided

• $80K–$90K + Uncapped Commission
