Location: Five Towns or Deerfield Beach, FL

Salary: 75000–95000 + Bonus (DOE)

Join a growing company seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to own full-cycle recruitment across finance, operations, technology, customer support, and other business functions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Source candidates through various channels including social media and job boards
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates
• Negotiate offers and manage the offer process

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
