LaSante Health Center is seeking a motivated and organized Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of healthcare, clinical, behavioral health, dental, and administrative positions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer.
• Post open positions and source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and provide recruitment updates.
• Conduct reference checks and assist with pre-employment requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify and hire qualified candidates.
• Maintain accurate and confidential candidate records.

Qualifications

• Any recruiting experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms preferred.
