Dental Office Receptionist Established practice looking for an energetic, efficient, and personable person for a busy, shomer Shabbat dental office on Kings Highway near Ocean Parkway.

This is a full-time position. Office hours Mon 830 - 5 Tues 830- 4 Weds 1030 - 6 Thurs 830 -4 - 6 Friday 830-1

summer hours no Friday

We are looking for a person who can answer the phone with professionalism, and assist with office management and a variety of administrative and office management functions, who is bright, reliable and detailed oriented and has had office administration or management experience. This is a full time job. The person must have verifiable excellent references. Phone and computer skills a must. You will be required to greet patient's in a friendly manner, discuss money, schedule appointments and make referrals to other specialists. Our warm and friendly team will train the right person.
