Location: Williamsburg, Brooklyn

Hours: Mon–Fri, 9–5

Compensation: $50K–$60K + Monthly Commission

Not your typical desk job — this role is all about people. Real conversations, real situations, and using your people skills to turn things around for patients and families who need it most.

What you'll actually be doing:

• Figuring out why a patient's care paused or is at risk
• Having conversations with patients & families to build trust and relationships
• Teaming up with staffing & clinical teams to solve problems fast
• Owning your cases from first call to full resolution

No healthcare experience needed — just strong communication, persistence, and a genuine desire to help people.
