All-Ways Forwarding is looking for a sharp, organized, and motivated individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator / Account Representative.

No logistics degree or freight experience is required. We train you from the ground up, working alongside experienced professionals on real ocean and air shipments.

What You’ll Do

1. Book ocean and air freight with steamship lines and airlines
2. Coordinate trucking, routing, and deliveries
3. Prepare bills of lading, air waybills, arrival notices, and delivery orders
4. Track containers and flights and stay ahead of delays
5. Communicate with customers and overseas agents
6. Manage accounts and ensure shipments reach the right place at the right time

Who We’re Looking For

1. Strong communication skills
2. Organized and detail-oriented
3. Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
4. Comfortable with computers and spreadsheets
5. Eager to learn and build a career
6. Authorized to work in the U.S.
7. Able to commute to the JFK-area office
