What You'll Do

  • Own the monthly close — drive the end-to-end process across a multi-entity, multi-clinic organization, ensuring the general ledger is accurate, complete, and closed on time
  • Own the full accounts payable cycle — with the use of a AP platform tool keep the process efficient and well-controlled
  • Support revenue cycle management — partner with our external billing partner to ensure revenue and cash are captured completely and accurately
  • Partner closely with the CFO and cross-functional leaders to turn accounting output into decision-ready insight
  • Manage cash and treasury/banking across the organization
  • Create an environment of effective internal controls as we scale
  • Own fixed asset reporting and apply lease accounting expertise
  • Deliver accurate, board-ready reporting on tight deadlines
  • Guide and delegate to a Junior Accountant
  • Put AI and automation to work — find the better, faster way and build it into daily activities and monthly close
  • Support intercompany accounting, payroll (PEO), external audit and tax preparation

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of accounting experience; healthcare services background preferred
  • Public accounting or audit experience a plus. ASC 606 and ASC 842 experience a plus
  • Obsessive attention to detail — you catch what others miss
  • Strong command of Excel, QuickBooks Online (QBO), ERP systems, and AI-powered accounting tools
  • Clear, proactive communication and a reputation for hitting deadlines
  • An ownership mentality — responsible, accountable, and energized by a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
