About the Role:

Are you passionate about making a positive impact? HASC Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Assistant Manager to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the daily running of the home, ensuring adherence to all federal, state, and city regulations regarding service provision.
2. Maintain critical records using computer documentation programs to chart outcomes, staff action plans, behavior data, and daily logs.
3. Ensure protective oversight is provided according to individualized plans.
4. Commit to person-centered care by assisting individuals with activities of daily living (such as grooming, housekeeping, and budgeting), implementing behavior plans, and accompanying them on community outings.

Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or GED.
2. Previous experience working with people with intellectual or developmental disabilities is preferred.
3. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record is highly preferred.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to helping individuals reach their full potential.
