Salary: 60000–90000 (Base + Performance Upside)

Join a growing ABA therapy company looking to expand into a new region. This role blends sales, marketing, and operations — building referral relationships with local doctors' offices and clinics while overseeing service delivery on the ground.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with local healthcare providers
• Oversee service delivery and ensure quality of care
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials
• Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
