CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LOOKING FOR A SENIOR PROJECT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Lead the planning, development, and execution of major construction and capital improvement projects.

PROJECT LEADERSHIP
Lead projects from concept through completion with a focus on quality, budget, and schedule.

COLLABORATE
Partner with architects, engineers, contractors, and other consultants to deliver successful projects.

CONSTRUCTION KNOWLEDGE
Strong understanding of construction documents, drawings, specifications, and building systems.

PERMITS & APPROVALS
Navigate permitting and entitlement processes and coordinate with local authorities to keep projects moving forward.

OWNER FOCUSED
Advocate for owners' interests and deliver lasting value through clear communication and attention to detail.

YOU WILL THRIVE HERE IF YOU:

• Have experience managing complex construction or capital improvement projects.
• Understand construction plans, details, and project documentation.
