Overview

A large, fast-growing homecare organization is seeking a strong Clinical Director to help lead its clinical operations, strengthen oversight, and bring structure, accountability, and compliance discipline to a complex healthcare environment. This is a senior clinical leadership role overseeing day-to-day clinical operations, nursing oversight, compliance execution, and operational clinical performance across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
• Oversee nursing staff and clinical performance
• Implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
• Monitor clinical outcomes and drive quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated care delivery

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Experience in clinical operations management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of homecare regulations and standards
