NOW HIRING – FACILITIES / MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Brooklyn-based property management company looking to hire a Facilities / Maintenance Manager to start immediately.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and following up on work orders
• Coordinating vendors and contractors with tenants and building superintendents
• Scheduling and overseeing repairs
• Following through to ensure all work is completed promptly and correctly
• Communicating with tenants, supers, vendors, and contractors

Experience in property management, maintenance, or facilities management preferred.
