Requirements

• Strong background in software development and engineering
• 5 years of technology leadership experience, ideally in distribution or manufacturing
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and ERP/CRM systems
• Familiarity with AI/ML and data analytics
• eCommerce or B2B platform experience is a plus
