Job Description:
In-Office MSP seeking a motivated, entry-level IT Support Technician to troubleshoot Windows hardware, software, network, and Microsoft 365 issues, manage user accounts and devices through Intune, support password resets, MFA, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint, and provide friendly remote support to clients.

Requirements:

• One year of IT/MSP experience is a plus
• Basic familiarity with Entra ID and networking
