What You’ll Do

  1. Oversee day-to-day operations for your assigned state, including staffing, new cases, and ongoing services.
  2. Work with recruiting and clinical teams to connect families with providers and get services started quickly.
  3. Help resolve operational issues and keep communication organized across departments.
  4. Track staffing, service hours, and outstanding needs, identifying problems early and following through until they are resolved.
  5. Support referral relationships and help identify opportunities for growth.
  6. Keep leadership updated on progress, challenges, and priorities.

What We’re Looking For

  1. 1–2 years of relevant experience.
  2. Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with staff, families, and community partners.
  4. Good judgment and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  5. Comfortable using software to track information and coordinate work.
  6. Experience in operations, healthcare administration, staffing, or team management is preferred.
  7. Must be available to work in person at our Five Towns office.

Why Join Supportive Care ABA?

  1. Warm and supportive work environment.
  2. Meaningful leadership role with real responsibility and ownership.
  3. Opportunity for growth and advancement.
  4. Make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.
