Pay: $25 – $27 per hour

Location: Crown Heights, Brooklyn – In-person

Schedule: 9am–5pm, Mon–Fri

Job Type: Full-time

About Attentive Care

Attentive Care is a service coordination agency that helps patients and families get approved for the services they need. A big part of that process is making sure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time. Our compliance team plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining the highest standards.

What You’ll Do

• Review, organize, and submit patient documentation
• Ensure all necessary files are complete, accurate, and approved
• Maintain and update records, including patient status and follow-ups
• Escalate and prioritize issues as needed to prevent delays
• Communicate with patients to assist with medicaid recertification process
• Maintain communication with medicaid specialist companies to rectify billing issues
• Support the team in meeting deadlines and compliance goals

What We’re Looking For

• Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and work with urgency
• Accountability and ownership to resolve issues promptly
• Good communication skills
• Experience in compliance, auditing, or healthcare administration a plus
