Overview

A growing healthcare company is seeking an experienced, hands-on Controller (CPA preferred) to manage the company’s financial operations and performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all departments from a financial perspective
• Establish clear departmental P&Ls and reporting
• Maintain accurate and transparent financial records
• Monitor profitability and cash flow
• Provide management with insights on departmental performance
• Implement financial controls and hold departments accountable
• Identify problems and make necessary operational changes
• Reduce inefficiencies and drive profitability

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills
• Healthcare experience strongly preferred
• CPA designation is preferred

3-4 years
