Job Overview

A Lakewood, NJ non-profit is hiring a Director of Outreach. Job includes building and initiating relationships with Rabbanim, schools, and community/business leaders. Candidate must be comfortable reaching out to Rabbanim in Lakewood, Brooklyn, and Monsey to promote and sell financial education events.

Responsibilities

• Develop new opportunities and generate sales through creative outreach.
• Oversee and grow the ambassador program.
• Work with volunteers to increase community engagement.
• Take initiative and come up with new ideas.
• Follow through with execution.

Qualifications

• Professional, outgoing, and personable.
• Excellent communication and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Location

Candidate can be based in Lakewood or Monsey.
