Overview

A growing healthcare organization is looking for a senior clinical executive to take ownership of its clinical division and help drive the organization forward. This individual will work closely with the CEO and executive leadership, providing both strategic direction and strong clinical oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical division and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Develop and implement clinical strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to drive operational efficiency.
• Oversee clinical staff and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Monitor clinical performance metrics and implement improvements.

• MD or DO degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Experience in a healthcare executive role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
