We are seeking an experienced HMO Billing Specialist to manage insurance claims, ensure accurate billing, and maximize reimbursements.

Responsibilities:

1. Submit and process HMO insurance claims.
2. Follow up on unpaid, denied, and rejected claims.
3. Handle payment posting and account reconciliation.
4. Resolve billing discrepancies and communicate with insurance companies.
5. Ensure timely collections and accurate billing records.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience with HMO or medical billing.
2. Knowledge of insurance claims, reimbursements, and denials.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work independently and efficiently.
