Job Description: We are seeking a long-term substitute to work in a special education classroom. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to supporting students with diverse needs and fostering an inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans
• Support students in their academic and social development
• Maintain a positive and structured classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff

• Experience working with special education students preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Patience and understanding of individual student needs
