Preferred Experience & Certifications

• Aquatics leadership or supervisory experience
• Water Safety Instructor (WSI)
• Lifeguard Instructor (LGI)
• Strong lifeguarding, swim instruction, or coaching experience
• Experience and/or certification working at a water/lakefront
