A growing payroll and workforce management firm is seeking a hands-on finance leader to oversee finance operations, payroll tax, profitability, financial controls, and process improvements. Must have a strong accounting foundation, leadership experience, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to build systems, improve efficiency, and lead teams. Payroll, HCM, staffing, or multi-state compliance experience preferred.
