Job Overview

A Lakewood, NJ healthcare company is hiring a payroll manager. Looking for someone with at least 5 years of payroll experience managing payroll for at least 1000 employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll for employees on W2 and 1099
• Lead a team of direct reports
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations
• Utilize payroll and timekeeping platforms
• Maintain proficiency in Excel

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of payroll experience
• Minimum of 3 years leading a team
• Experience in managing payroll for a large workforce
• Experience in the healthcare field is a huge plus
• Bachelor's degree required
