A full time Senior Project Manager is needed for commercial HVAC projects throughout Long Island, NYC, and NJ. Must have 5+ years of commercial HVAC or mechanical project management experience with strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, plans, and field conditions. Ideal for an experienced Project Manager who can take full ownership of projects from startup through completion while managing schedules, budgets, procurement, clients, and subcontractors.
